Q. Can I change my order?

Yes, but only if you let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. Within that time frame, we can make changes to color, size, quantity, input field for customizations and add or remove items. We do not make changes on Gift Cards.

Q. How can I make a return?

If you wish to make a return, please contact us at help@blysswave.com within 30 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. We offer a 30-day return policy. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new desired item. This ensures a smooth and efficient process, allowing you to get what you want as quickly as possible. But feel free to contact us with your reason for an exchange within 30 days of your purchase and we'll do our best to help with the issue.

Q. Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes, currently we're offering free shipping on qualifying orders. You can always find the ongoing free shipping offers in the announcement bar. To qualify for free shipping you must have a delivery address located in the US and a minimum order value of $75. You do not need a coupon code as the free shipping discount is automatically applied at checkout. Please note, offers are subject to change without prior notice.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized items, as they are specially made for you. Please ensure that all the details, such as input field, size and color, are selected correctly before placing your order. Q. Who is responsible for Duties / Taxes on international orders?

We have some shipping rates that cover duties in the rate listed at checkout. The customer is fully responsible for any Duties or Taxes on international shipments unless it otherwise states it on that shipping rate. See checkout for details.
